Acne is an inflammatory skin condition that can have many causes and as someone who has spent several years of their life researching and studying this skin condition and helping people get clear skin I’ve learned a thing or two about it.
Acne is typically caused by a few reasons, whether it be inflammation, toxicity, a pH imbalance or a digestive disorder; hormonal imbalances can play a role too.
Typically someone that has acne doesn’t just have one cause, meaning if you have acne your hormones may be off and causing the acne to come back, but that typically isn’t the only reason. Usually someone that has chronic acne (that comes back over and over again) has more than 2 causes of their acne. I have found with my work and working with thousands of people that have acne that those who have chronic acne tend to have a weak gut or digestive system issue.
I’ve found over and over again that the colon and liver are the two most important organs to be healthy in order to have clear skin.
If the colon is toxic it cannot assimilate nutrients to heal the skin and if the liver is backed up and not draining properly this organ cannot produce specific hormones that help to clear the skin as well as drain toxins and purify the blood to heal the skin and promote synergy in the body.
When the colon and liver are working properly acne is reduced drastically. I’ve seen this happen over and over again. When I had acne as a teenager I took a supplement called Fiberzon that contained soluble and insoluble fiber along with a blend of organic herbs from the amazon rainforest to boost immunity and keep the colon healthy and I noticed within the first week of taking it that my skin began to clear up quite quickly.
Since then it’s been a mission of mine to teach others how important the health of their colon and liver are to keep your skin clear and free of acne or to begin to heal it if you already have acne.
Take a look at this video to learn more:
I recommend taking fiberzon (1-2 scoops) first thing in the morning with a big glass of water and then to have fresh squeezed lemon water (or lemon essential oil, I use both) in the morning as well and throughout the day till the afternoon.
This will help to begin to detoxify, purify and rework your digestive organs (colon & liver) so that they can assimilate nutrients, balance hormones, purify the blood and begin to heal your acne effectively and naturally. I hope this helps you on your journey to clear skin!
