The Cause of Consistent Bad Breath & How to Fix It Naturally

natural bad breath

If you have bad breath and you continue to get bad breath even after brushing your teeth, tongue and flossing there may be a larger underlying issue. Bad breath can be caused by bacteria in the mouth or on the tongue so using a tongue scraper to scrape your tongue to remove bacteria is smart, brushing daily and flossing often is smart as well.

This may not work for you all the time though, and that is because even if your mouth is clean and free of smelly bacteria, the problem can actually lie in your gut. Your intestines can become backed up and as food sits and oxidizes your whole body including your armpits and sweat can become smelly and stinky but your breath becomes much worse.

You may even have breath that smells like fecal matter, believe it or not. My CAD teacher in high school had breath this bad and definitely had a backed up colon that affected his breath. If your breath is bad and taking care of dental health is not the cause of it even after brushing, scraping and flossing your entire mouth, then your colon needs health and support.

Watch this video to learn how and what to do:

I recommend getting probiotics such as sauerkraut, kimchi, non-dairy kefir or kombucha tea in your diet, at least one probiotic food or drink each day for a bit until you see results. I also recommend drinking more spring or purified water, this will help to begin to detoxify the colon so that waste can be removed.

Lastly, I recommend Fiberzon plus, which is a blend of herbs, plants, barks, and earth foods that specifically help to detoxify the colon. It also has papaya which is great for cleansing and healing the colon. You can get fiberzon plus by clicking on this link.
Hopefully this video gives you some ideas as to how to keep your body healthy to keep your breath fresh!
