PACHA Bread Review: Organic, Gluten Free, Nutritious and Delicious

A garlic rye organic, sourdough bread from Pacha.

Bread is one of the most controversial topics among organic and natural health advocates, in large part because of the presence of gluten, glyphosate and other ingredients that have been deemed unhealthy.

That’s problematic, of course, because millions of people love bread, and finding a substitute isn’t always easy.

Gluten-free bread products in particular have been disparaged by many who have tried them.

They seem to lack the same chewy texture found in breads containing gluten, and don’t satisfy the same way.

Recently after years of searching, I came across an organic bread company that gets just about everything right: PACHA.

With gluten free, sourdough based, organic breads that come in a wide variety of different flavors, PACHA is the most impressive gluten free bread company I have ever tried, bar none.

The following is my full PACHA bread review, based on trying this product for the first time and loving it.

PACHA Organic Bread Review: Four Delicious Flavors

For the purposes of this review I was given four samples of PACHA’s delicious breads: Garlic Rye, Buckwheat Buns, Cheesy Herb, and Buckwheat Loaf.

The Garlic Rye was the first and most delicious bread I tried for the purposes of this review.

It had a robust garlic flavor and reminded me of a German multigrain bread I had tried several years earlier.

Packed full of nutrition, I made this bread into a mini pizza with tomato and basil sauce and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The Buckwheat Buns were the second product I tried from PACHA for the purposes of this bread review.

I hadn’t had much buckwheat bread if any before trying these, but I loved the taste. It tasted like a whole grain and/or rye type of flavor and went incredibly well with a burger. If you like multi-grain brains you will mostly likely love both of these flavors.

They not only tasted great, but left me feeling great after eating them.

The Cheesy Herb Sourdough bread from PACHA is another unique take on healthy bread.

If I had to pick one bread for a first timer to try out of this entire PACHA bread review, it would be this one.

It contains nutritional yeast, which is an excellent source of Biotin and imparts a cheesy flavor.

This one is recommended for pizza making, unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to make one but the bread is sensational.

Finally, the company also offers a Buckwheat Loaf.

This bread is also made from sourdough starter, imparting it with tons of health benefits that surpass those of store bought, heavily processed breads.

If you like buckwheat or multi-grain style breads you will love the buckwheat loaf.  This is the type of bread best saved for a family feast, or for a special occasion. It’s hearty, robust, nourishing, filling and delicious.

PACHA Bread Review Final Thoughts

Special thanks to PACHA for letting me review their delicious breads.

This company has proven once and for all that organic, gluten free bread can be both healthy and delicious, with a texture that reminds me of traditional bread.

These breads are a bit of an acquired taste, but once I got used to them, I absolutely loved them.
