Product Review: Delicious Organic Dates and Date Pops From Joolies California Superfruit

Date Pops from Joolie's Organic Dates.

Dates are a widely underestimated superfruit that grows on palm trees in places ranging from California to the Middle East and several other places around the globe.

These brown superfruits are rich in potassium, fiber, magnesium, copper and other nutrients and minerals based on how small they are compared to most other fruits.

One serving of dates is considered to be about 3.5 ounces which means you can get a lot of nutrients in one relatively small little fruit.

Recently I had the chance to try some new selections from a company I have purchased products from many times in the face, Joolies Organic Dates, now known as Joolies California Superfruit.

The rebranding of the Joolies products comes with new types of products that I have thoroughly enjoyed during my time with them so far.

Joolies Organic Date Pops Review

The Joolies Organic Date Pops are a new item as far as I know since I have never seen them in stores and didn’t know they existed until I was sent a sample of them recently.

Similar to cake pops but made from dates instead of cake mix, I really enjoyed these Date Pops in a significant manner.

Organic Peanut Butter Jelly Date Pops-

These may have been the best tasting date pops I tried of them all.

Each date pop tastes like a well made peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I didn’t feel any digestive discomfort or other side effects, or blood sugar spikes from these date pops because they are made with the finest organic ingredients.

Try these if you get a chance!

Joolies Organic Brownie Date Pops-

Brownie Date Pops from Joolie's.

I really enjoyed these brownie pops. They have a more decadent flavor than the other ones, tasting more like a dessert than a snack.

These are the second best tasting flavor that I tried and I really enjoyed them, plus they have amazing ingredients.

Organic Lemon Date Pops-

The organic lemon date pops from Joolies had more of a light flavor to them. They were still very good but more like a snack than a dessert or cake type of flavor.

I really liked these ones. The date pops capture the style of cake pops but in a healthy snack, only these pops are not on a stick like traditional cake pops.

They would go well at kids parties or baby showers or other events by placing them on a stick for everyone to enjoy in a convenient and fun fashion.

Organic Cinnamon Bun Date Pops-

I had high hopes for these pops and they met them, although they were different than I expected. They weren’t as sweet as a traditional cinnamon bun or cinnamon roll but they did have that complex and delicious flavor you will find in both of those types of products.

Joolies Regular Organic Dates

Joolies Organic Dates in a Box. 32 ounces but 48 would have been better.

Joolies Organic California Superfruit Dates.

Joolies Regular Organic Medjool Dates

I have purchased Joolies regular organic medjool dates for many years and I continue to buy them when I have a chance.

These dates taste amazing and the new packaging is visually stunning.

You get 32 ounces of medjool dates per box of these dates. I ate them quite fast so I would love to try a bigger box sometimes perhaps 48 or 64 ounces of dates.

This box lasts quite a while as each date is so filling.

Find a 70.4 ounce box here and feel free to add a few extra bags of Date Pops if you get a chance!

I recommending buying the 70.4 ounce box on Amazon.com here
