Product Review: Magnesium-Rich and Delicious Electrolytes From SALTT

Saltt Electrolytes are unique and delicious.

The electrolytes category has grown significantly in recent years thanks to endorsements from social media influencers, celebrities and athletes. Electrolytes are defined as essential minerals like sodium, calcium, magnesium and potassium that have a negative or positive charge when dissolved in water.

I have tried several brands of electrolytes in the last year and they all have different benefits and nutrient ratios that I have enjoyed significantly.

One of my favorites is Saltt, a simple yet delicious and intelligently designed product producer that creates unique products for improving mineral and electrolyte levels in the body.

These are my honest impressions of the products.

Saltt Nutrition Benefits

The Saltt brand’s products include mineral capsules and electrolyte sticks. The capsules are flavorless and the electrolytes come in a multitude of delicious flavors.

The capsules offer a nice blend of a wide variety of trace minerals including potassium, magnesium, and iodine. These capsules are ideal because of their convenience and the broad spectrum of minerals in each one. You can try them by clicking here.

Each capsule is Paleo friendly, Keto friendly, and Kosher.

The electrolyte drink mixes from SALTT were also excellent in my personal opinion.

They offer more than 40% of your day’s daily recommended value of magnesium (Mg) which is what made them stand out from other electrolyte drink mixes I’ve had. Magnesium creates a sense of calm and well-being.

That means the SALTT electrolyte drink mixes provide a different feeling compared to other similar mixes I have tried.

I did not try them while working out but I did try them while relaxing and they added to that relaxing feeling. They gave me a significantly amount of vitality and calmness.

If you’re looking for a tasty electrolyte mix with no sugar that is Paleo and Keto friendly, give these drink mixes a try. I am a big fan.

Saltt Electrolytes Flavors

Saltt electrolyte stick packets.

I tried the variety pack mentioned above and enjoyed them. SALTT definitely lives up to its name as each electrolyte stick tastes quite salty, but the fruit and other flavors mask the salty taste quite well once they hit your taste buds.

My favorites were Booyah Berry, Zesty Orange and Mondo Melon.

The most surprising flavors I had were Caramel Vibes and All Things Chocolate.

The first time I had the chocolate I just about gagged. I couldn’t believe it was a flavor and it tasted more salty than chocolatey. After two or three more taste tests, advance warning and patience, I began to absolutely love the chocolate flavor.

All things considered, these electrolytes are really, really good. It takes some time to adjust to both the flavors and the amount of magnesium you get but after a while these electrolytes from SALTT really grow on you.
