The world of natural health supplements is a complex one and in my personal experience it is better to err on the side of flooding your body with as much nutrition as possible than to be deficient in key nutrients like vitamins and minerals.

One of the best “master supplements” for improving key nutrients in the body fast is Colostrum, considered to be the most nutrient-rich cow’s milk byproduct in the world as it is the first food the mother cow makes for her calves.

Recently I got the chance to try an isolated colostrum product for the first time after years of consuming colostrum with whey protein in a blended formula.

The following are my impressions of this product, which was graciously given to me as a sample by the company Primal Being, sourced from pristine New Zealand pastures.

Primal Being Colostrum Taste

I didn’t fully know what to expect when I tried the Primal Being Colostrum for the first time since I hadn’t had in an isolated form before.

I began by adding a couple of scoops to my morning coffee to see what the texture and taste would be like and I found that it added a creaminess to my coffee that was impressive to behold.

The creamy texture of colostrum is something I experienced in the whey formula before and I really enjoyed it. If you don’t mind coffee with a thicker consistency I think you will thoroughly enjoy this colostrum.

Taste-wise this colostrum  is pretty neutral. I detected a slightly milky taste to it but it didn’t change the flavor of my coffee very much at all. I began adding cinnamon and made a thick, creamy and healthy concoction every morning for a few weeks that I really enjoyed.

Primal Being Colostrum Nutrition

Colostrum has been described by scientists as having over four hundred bioactive nutrients per serving.

It is being marketed as a superfood the likes of which that hasn’t been seen in many years and it’s becoming a favorite of weightlifters, athletes, dancers and other health enthusiasts who rely on their physical body to make a living or simply enjoy the thrill of movement and feeling energetic.

Colostrum is particularly healing in terms of its ability to build up the gut lining, a key benefit considering the way Roundup and other chemicals puncture tiny holes in the gut lining of human beings, along with genetically modified food that most people eat on a daily basis.

Colostrum strengthens the skin, gut and lung barriers making it a must-try supplement for anyone with leaky gut, IBS, or similar health problems. It also improves the gut microbiome making it a shining star for digestive health.

Grass-fed colostrum also helps to boost the immune system and improves recovery time between workouts and work sessions. I have noticed a big difference in my vitality and energy since I started taking Primal Being Colostrum.

I was able to do body weight dips at the gym in large amounts despite having not done them in years and weighing more than I have in a long time.

Primal Being Colostrum helped me to feel vital and strong again and for those reasons I wholeheartedly recommend trying a canister or two.

Colostrum supports the immune system with key antibodies and immunoglobulins giving the body more tools to fight off oxidative stress, pathogens and free radicals.

It improves tissue repair and muscle growth and is sourced from regenerative (superior to organic) farms according to the Primal Being website.

Also Non-GMO and GMP certified for purity and quality, Halal & Kosher certified.

I can’t recommend Primal Being enough. This product is beyond whey protein and other dairy based health enhancers; there really is nothing else like it.

A routine of Bone Broth, Colostrum and Whey is enough to improve muscle mass and vitality in a significant manner over a relatively short period of time.

Try Primal Being for a month or longer and you won’t be disappointed.

(Mixes well in coffee and goes great in smoothies or in a glass of water, stirred up without the chalkiness of many protein powders).

Colostrum from Primal Being.

Also great for hair, skin and nails. Mine grew like crazy after taking this along with a whey protein/colostrum blend and have continued to grow in a significant fashion.
