Honey is one food/supplement that has been a big part of my daily routine in the last 10-15 years.
Honey has a lower glycemic index than sugar and several medicinal properties that are just now being understood by mainstream medicine.
I take honey before bed because of its ability to provide fuel for the liver allowing me to sleep well throughout the night.
Recently I had the opportunity to sample organic honey products from a company called Honeyopathy (‘Bee-Based Wellness), based out of Denmark, Maine.
The following are my impressions.

Honeyopathy offers a wide variety of flavors that are attuned to different elements that are suitable for healing health ailments.
The various types of this product include ‘Fire/Sleep,’ ‘Water/Energy,’ ‘Metal/Allergies,’ ‘Earth/Gut,’ and ‘Wood/Detox,’
Each pouch contains herb-infused honey with a unique flavor profile that makes it taste incredible when added to tea or taken by the spoonful as a dietary supplement.

I enjoyed everything I tried from this company. One of my favorite products from Honeyopathy is the ‘Daily Wellness Ritual’ blend that is designed for ‘Harmony and Qi (Chi)’ energy.
This product includes raw honey infused with chamomile and elderflower. It is under the Earth Element umbrella supporting the spleen and stomach which “helps to digest foods and nutrients” and sends them throughout the “body kingdom” according to the bag.
This product was designed for Healthy Digestion, Autoimmune Health, and Mental Stamina. In my experience, it delivered on all fronts. There was something incredibly soothing and vitality-increasing about these particular honey products that I felt incredibly healed and delighted by while taking them.

Another favorite product of mine from Honeyopathy is the Sleep Aid product.
This one is infused with the Fire element which enhances the heart’s functionality supporting our ability to sleep.
It is infused with Hibiscus, a noted flower that supports heart function, and rose, a flower than supports relaxation and heart function.
I absolutely loved this flavor among every other flavor I tried in the Honeyopathy sample pack. I enjoyed these products as much or more than any other honey product I’ve ever tried including locally sourced organic, herbal honey products.

Honeyopathy’s Founding Vision
As you may have noticed, Honeyopathy creates complex products.
They are designed by Rachelle Robinett, a clinical herbalist, Dr. Crystal Kouture, the company’s co-founder and Chief Product Officer and Herbalist, and fellow co-founder Wendy Boucher, who describes herself as Honeyopathy’s ‘Chief Pollinator.’
The professional experience of Honeyopathy’s founders and current members shines through in every product that I have personally had the opportunity to try from them.
I can’t say enough good things about the intentionality, care and craftsmanship that goes into every single one of these products.
This is one company that is an absolute joy to browse and sample product-wise. They know the importance of organic ingredients and minimal processing which makes their products excellent for overall health, especially if you’re an aficionado of these kinds of things.
The company has been featured on Marketwatch, USA Today, Digital Journal and several other major media outlets.
