Product Review: A Set of Spagyric Extracted Plant-Based Elixirs to Improve Your Meditation Practice

Spagyric extract essential oils for meditation Urban Dieta review

It’s been said that praying is talking to God, and meditating is listening to God.

Regardless of which one you choose to do at which time, there are fragrant, plant-based compounds that can help enhance the experience by helping a person to relax with calming, soothing, and clarifying plant essences.

Recently, I had the chance to try out three different scent blends that are spagyric extracted, and similar to essential oils, from the brand Urban Dieta.

Simply put, these are some of the most unique and enjoyable health products I have tried in recent months, and something worth checking out for anyone who’s into prayer, yoga, meditation, and other spiritual pursuits.

What is the Spagyric Process and Why Does It Matter?

Urban Dieta creates herbal, fragrant plant-based blends using a process called spagyric alchemy.

This process turns plant material into both a liquid form and an ash form using a burning process.

The ash form maintains the mineral-rich properties of each plant, and is added into the liquid tincture to create a “full spectrum” blend of plant medicine.

This is something I learned about years ago through Amazon Rainforest Herbs from the Amazon Herb Company, which is part of why I was so excited to see it in Urban Dieta’s products.

Urban Dieta’s products are utilized by spraying them under the tongue. This causes the fragrant plant-based oils to sit in your mouth, causing a chemical reaction that creates a deeper feeling in those who use it.

They feel somewhat harsh at first try, sort of like drinking a bitter drink like a flavored beer, but afterward they start to melt in your mouth, invoking feelings of intense calm, relaxation, and focus.

It was a unique experience that reminded me somewhat of placing Listerine breath mint strips on my tongue back when I was younger, only without the chemicals, of course.

Urban Dieta feel product review

The first Urban Dieta product I tried was called ‘Feel.’

This particular product is made from the following medicinal plants blend:

-Bulgarian Rose

-Blue Lotus

-Lotus

-Snow Lotus

I used this blend before a yoga class and also for a quick meditation on my living room floor prior to writing this article.

These particular plants are not ones that I had tried before. The taste and scent reminded me of a really fragrant woman’s perfume, but without as much harshness to it due to a lack of chemicals.

The product is designed to work on your heart, from a spiritual perspective.

Overall, I really liked this particular blend. It stung a bit at first but then helped me calm down and settle into my meditation, and it really helped me to feel deeply during it.

Urban Dieta Hear

The second product I tried from Urban Dieta was called ‘Hear.’

This one is made from the following medicinal plant blend:

-Sandalwood

-Calamus Root

-Gotu Kola

-Brahmi

-Banisteriopsis Caapi

These are four additional plants I had barely heard of, let alone used prior to trying them with Urban Dieta.

After trying this one I could tell it was much different from the previous blend I tried.

This blend is designed to put the user in touch with their ‘Higher Self,’ and works on the Crown, a common term used to describe the part of the spirit is unencumbered by the outside world and sees things from a higher perspective.

This blend was less bitter than the first one, and the taste under my tongue was definitely lighter in nature.

Overall I really liked this blend too. I could see it working quite well for someone who wants to enhance their spiritual experience of any kind.

The third blend I tried from Urban Dieta was called ‘See.’

This one contains the following plant essences:

-Lavender

-Gotu Kola

-Rhodiola Root

-Saffron

-Banisteriopsis Caapi

-Lilac

-Lion’s Mane

Designed for the “third eye,” or to “see the unseen,” this blend has the famous mushroom Lion’s Mane to stimulate brain function as well as relaxing and inflammatory-reducing plant essences in it.

Like the other blends, I felt a strong, bitter taste under my tongue at first that gave way to a gentle and fragrant, “herbalized” sensation. That eventually turned into a slight “cottonmouth” sensation.

The explosion of sensations happening in the mouth allowed me to focus in on my mini meditations.

The back of my head started to tingle a bit and overall it was a pleasant experience.

This particular blend definitely is a little more user friendly than the other two, and I could feel the effects immediately.

Overall I am a definite fan of this blend, along with the other two. If you’re serious about improving your meditation and/or spiritual experience I highly recommend trying these blends.

They are similar to essential oils for their ability to calm and tonify the nervous system but in an entirely different way that is a little more up close and personal.
