Product Review: Delicious Electrolytes With Liver Support From HydraLytePlus

Hydralyte Electrolytes contain herbs for liver support.

The world of electrolytes is a complicated one with so many different brands to choose from and so many different nutrients contained within each product.

Recently I had the opportunity to try one of my absolute favorite new electrolyte products from a company called Hydralyte that also includes herbs for liver support.

I noticed a strong difference in my energy levels and felt a lot of positive health effects while taking these electrolytes, which can be found on the company’s website here.

HydraLyte Taste and Flavors

These electrolytes tasted sweeter than many of the others I have tried, a big surprise considering that Stevia is the main sweetener in this package.

There are three distinct flavors in this package of liver support electrolytes: pineapple mango ginger, peach passion ginger and blood orange ginger.

I enjoyed all three flavors equally.

They have more depth and complexity than other electrolyte brands I have tried in recent months, but be forewarned that these flavors are pretty intense and will definitely tickle the taste buds.

HydraLyte Ingredients

These electrolytes had some of the best ingredients of any I’ve tried, although I would have liked to see organic certification. The company touts its non-GMO ingredients on the back of the box which is something I definitely appreciated.

The ingredients are vegan, gluten-free and dairy free.

You will find mostly a wide variety of vitamins and minerals in this package along with a suite of five different herbs all designed to benefit various functions of the body.

HydraLytePlus Nutrition and Benefits

HydraLyte Plus includes massive amounts of B vitamins and 1,111 percent of the daily value of Vitamin C as ascorbic acid.

I personally prefer other sources of Vitamin C but I can’t deny the positive effect large doses of Vitamin C can have on the body.

I have had incredible results from taking multi-vitamins with large amounts of these and similar vitamins and I felt a lot of energy from taking these electrolytes.

The herbs included are Prickly Pear (protects against disease), Green tea (metabolism and energy), Ginger (digestive health), turmeric (relieves inflammation), and Milk Thistle (supports liver health and detox).

Altogether I thought this was a really unique and well executed blend of electrolytes and herbs. I felt a lot of health benefits and tons of energy while taking these electrolytes.

These are definitely one of my favorites I’ve had in the last year plus of taking many different electrolytes. When you find something that truly works well you just know it in your body and soul.

Special thanks to HydraLytePlus for letting me try these electrolytes!
