Product Review: Supplements for Cardiovascular Health, Relaxation, Skin Health and More From Sol

The holiday season and the winter months can be incredibly stressful at times, especially if you don’t have the right nutritional support to feel your best.

Recently I had the opportunity to check out some first class supplements from the company Sol Supplements, and came away duly impressed by what I was able to try and what I was able to feel from these supplements as I continued to take them over the course of a few weeks into more than a month.

The supplements I tried included the United States sourced Magnesium capsules, Astaxanthin, and Taurine, all of which made a profound impact on how I felt.

Here are my impressions of four different incredible supplements from the Sol company.

Astaxanthin From Sol Supplements-

Astaxanthin is excellent for skin and eye health.

This is a supplement that I had not taken too often before taking it from Sol Supplements for the first time.

Astaxanthin is a substance that gives salmon their natural pink skin color. It’s considered to be one of the most powerful antioxidants on Earth which gives it disease protective qualities and helps to protect your skin and other elements of your body from disease causing free radicals.

It also improves the health of your brain and has blood pressure balancing benefits. Astaxanthin improves eye health, fertility and may reduce signs of aging.

I like this supplement a lot. It comes in soft gels that are easy to take and the more you take it the more the positive effects begin to add up.

Taurine From Sol Supplements

Sol Supplements' Taurine provides a nutrient many people are deficient in.

Taurine is another supplement I haven’t taken too often.

Most people get their taurine from meat or other foods and the Sweden sourced Red Bull drink product is a mainstream product that contains taurine.

Taurine deficiency is a common problem among most people that is almost never discussed. Human cells contain taurine transporters that absorb and implement the beneficial effects of this little known nutrient. Taurine deficiency can cause muscle, eye and central nervous system disorders as well as skeletal disorders.

It is best to take Taurine in pure supplement form like the one from Sol Supplements rather than in sugar or sucralose laced drinks like Red Bull.

The one from Sol Supplements gave me a jolt of health, strength and vitality just as I expected. Taurine is a powerful supplement if you are active and want to spend more time on the playing field, in the arena or in the gym. This is a tremendously effective product from Sol.

Glycine From Sol Supplements

Glycine is a type of amino acid that is being increasingly consumed lately due to the rising popularity of Amino Acid based supplements.

Glycine is found in meat, dairy, fish, beans and other protein rich foods.

I tried the glycine powder from Sol Supplements and found that it went well in smoothies. It doesn’t taste like much but it gave me a strengthened feeling similar to taking protein powder or amino acid tablets that I felt energized by before heading to the gym for a lifting session.

Glycine is an amino acid that protects the liver from damage, helps to reverse metabolic disorders, improves brain and muscle performance and much more.

It is considered to be the simplest and smallest of all amino acids and is excellent for skin health, sleep quality, and putting a stop to symptoms of fatigue.

Magnesium From Sol Supplements

The Magnesium from Sol Supplements is a product I had high hopes for when I first began to take it.

It is sourced entirely from United States manufacturers which gives it a leg up on many products that source their products from places across the globe.

This Magnesium comes in Glycinate and Taurate forms in a Gelatin capsule.

Magnesium is responsible for nearly 4,000 functions in the human body. It is the first nutrient our bodies begin losing as we deal with the challenging effects of stress. Most people walk around Magnesium deficient and don’t even realize what they’re missing out on until they start taking it.

When I first starting taking this Mg supplement I felt the effects of relaxation incredibly fast.  This is one of the most effective and carefully crafted Mg supplements I’ve ever had in my life, and I have taken a lot of them.

Final Thoughts on Sol Supplements

This is a can’t-miss company if you’d like to try supplements that you will feel immediately. If you’re an active person looking to squeeze the most value out of your supplements in the gym or on the road going on outdoor adventures mushroom picking, foraging, hunting, fishing or doing other activities of that nature, you can’t go wrong with these!

I am tremendously grateful to Sol Supplements for sending me these supplements to try and review.

I love Sol Supplements’ branding, marketing, ingredient sourcing, and of course the effectiveness of all four supplements I got the opportunity to check out and write about this time around.

They have a few interesting things I wasn’t able to try including their unique ‘Beast’ supplement (which is not for the faint of heart) that contains buffalo (bison) testicle, bone marrow, and other animal sourced nutrients.
